VIDEO: Fight Breaks Out at Basketball Game (Added 10/20/06)

A lawsuit filed by a man injured in a 2004 brawl between basketball players and fans has been dismissed.  Charles Haddad claims Indiana Pacers player Jermaine O’Neal permanently disabled him after being punched in the head.  However, a federal jury found Haddad flew to Las Vegas the day after the brawl and had become a frequent visitor to the city.

The jury determined O’Neal did punch Haddad, but was defending his teammates.

Haddad claims he suffers from migraine headaches, memory loss, trouble sleeping, inability to socialize, and aversion to bright lights and loud noises.
