A new business in Tulsa is turning heads and drawing fire from state regulators. It's called eye candy salon and it offers haircuts to men by licensed hair stylist wearing lingerie.
The Oklahoma board of cosmetology doesn’t like the idea.
It wants a new state law that would create a strict dress code for stylists.
State lawmakers would have to approve the new dress code before it could be enforced.
