NEWSChannel 2 Morning Anchor Dick Lawler anchored his final newscast at WKTV. He has retired after 34 years of service to the station and the Central New York Community.

A SHORT BIO
Dick was born in Auburn, New York. He attended Cayuga County Community College and then continued his education at Syracuse University. His first job in broadcasting was with radio station WMBO. He joined the NewsChannel 2 team in January 1972.

Dick is married with three children and five grandchildren. He is involved with several community groups and is active in many community activities.

He enjoys golf, most sports, and his wonderful grandchildren.
