Brian graduated from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He studied broadcasting because people thought he would be good at it, and now here he is working in the business. He was hired a month after graduating in 2004 (which his parents were VERY happy about), making NEWSChannel 2 his first broadcasting job out of college.

Although he's from Philadelphia, Brian is a die-hard Mets fan (long story short, he lived in New York before moving to Philly). His favorite sports memories include seeing Benny Agbayani's 13th-inning home run in the 2000 NLDS and the Mets' comeback win against the Braves in Game 4 of the 1999 NLCS, and of course celebrating SU's basketball championship on Marshall Street in the snow.

Brian's excited to be here in Utica, as it's close to both SU and home. In his spare time he hangs out with his cat and travels around to see friends and SigEp brothers. He loves Central New York's passion for sports--especially high school football because it was a big part of his life (go Radnor, beat LM!), and he's looking forward to covering lots of great games here!
