Internet Sales Executive – Entry Level

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years prior sales experience.
- Proven ability to attain and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to maintain a high level of new business sales activity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong closing skills, work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- High School diploma with Junior College work preferred.

WKTV NewsChannel 2, Utica New York is seeks a hard working, intensely competitive Internet Sales Executive who is committed to success for WKTV.com.  Top candidates for this position will be confident, organized, and love the thrill of closing NEW BUSINESS. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, the Internet Account Executive will be comfortable with NEW SALES situations and will enjoy both inside phone sales along with cold calling outside sales. We are seeking goal-oriented, motivated closers to join our team. 

The Internet Sales Executive will spend most of their time generating NEW CLIENTS. The right person for this position will focus on customer success, while continuously working to secure NEW BUSINESS.   Ideal candidates must have the ability to PROSPECT, COLD-CALL, CLOSE NEW BUSINESS, and demonstrate a burning desire to succeed is required.  We will consider candidates new to media who demonstrate the potential to be a hard working aggressive Internet Sales Executive.
