The bride is the daughter of Edward and Shirley Sloma of Whitesboro, New York and the groom is the son of the late Catherine J Carroll of Ardsley, New York and the late Robert W Carroll of Virginia.

The Matron of Honor was Lt. Col. Jodi A Tullman, Retired, of San Antonio Texas, the sister of the bride, and the Best Man was Thomas Carroll, of New York City, New York, brother of the groom. The Bridesmaids were Niki Famolaro and Stacy Defabio, sisters of the bride, Ada Reese, aunt of the bride, and Kathy Elmer, friend of the bride. The Groomsmen were Robert Carroll, brother of the groom, Steven Lenhart, friend of the groom, Col. Robert Tullman, brother-in-law of the bride, and Alex Famolaro, nephew of the bride. The Flower Girl was Samantha Defabio, niece of the bride.

The Groom is a graduate of Ardsley High School, a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science/Paralegal Studies from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He is currently employed as a paralegal and is pursuing a law degree to practice constitutional and civil rights law and appellate practice. The bride is a graduate of Whitesboro High School and attended MVCC College of Nursing.

The wedding ceremony was followed by a formal reception in the Grand Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel, Utica, New York with DJ services perfectly and professionally provided by Ted Bilodeau of Twist & Shout Productions, Syracuse, New York. The couple honeymooned for ten days at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort, Jamaica and will reside in Oneida County, New York.
