Laura Candella and Andrew Weimer
 
Laura Candella, of Marcy, and Andrew M. Weimer, of New Hartford, announce their engagement. Laura is the daughter of Francis and Therese Candella. She is the granddaughter of Stella Madrak and the late Stephen Madrak and Grace Candella and the late Fredrick Candella. Laura is an English teacher at Whitesboro High School . Andrew is the son of Michael and Barbara Weimer. He is the grandson of Geraldine Weimer and the late William Weimer and Karl and Helen Abounader. Andrew is a professional baseball player. An October 12th, 2007 wedding is planned.
