To submit a birth announcement, please fill out the fields below. The starred fields are required. You can also upload a photo at the bottom of the submission form. Make sure the file name of your photo does not contain extra punctuation characters, such as commas, ampersands, colons, semicolns, etc. Please limit your file size to 1.5MB. We also ask for the submitter’s name and e-mail, in case we have questions. This information remains private. When you have completed the form, please hit the “Submit” button. The WKTV.COM staff will then approve and post your birth announcement.
