To submit an obituary for a loved one, please fill out the fields below. The starred fields are required. You can also upload a photo at the bottom of the submission form. We also ask for the submitter’s name and e-mail, in case we have questions. This information remains private. When you have completed the form, please hit the “Submit” button. The WKTV.COM staff will then approve and post your obituary announcement.
