Chilly start, cool finish
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Results: Few could ask for better weather for a road race, or a better finish. Ridouane Harroufi of Morocco won the Boilermaker road race in 43:56 just a second ahead of Bazu Worku Hayla who had led nearly the entire race. "...(in the) last 2 mile(s), I move(d) to catch him," said Harroufi. Having seen Hayla in previous races, Harroufi said he was confident that his opponent would tire as he neared the finish, at that point Harroufi said his own energy remained high. Read more »
