Boilermaker Health & Fitness Expo setup underway

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Boilermaker Health & Fitness Expo is just around the corner. This year's expo showcases new exhibits and displays that promise to educate, entertain, and challenge attendees.

The event will feature around 50 vendors, live bands, children's activities. Plus new this year, a culinary tent. With the Boilermaker nearing, organizers say, the excitement is building too! "Its sort of like a hurricane. It's just all of the sudden it builds up incredibly quickly it's a 365 day year event to try to get this stuff together. Now were right down to the little details of whatever it is and its just very exciting," says Executive Director Tim Reed.

The Masonic Care Community is hosting this year's Boilermaker Health & Fitness Expo for the 12th year in a row. It's this Friday from noon to 7 and Saturday 9am to 4:30.
