UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Boilermaker 15K Road Race is always a competitive event with elite runners coming from all over the world.

2009 is an interesting year because last year's Boilermaker 15K runner did not return and the Peachtree Road Race winner in Georgia did not come.
