NEWSChannel 2's Susan Campbell takes first place in Riggiefest

UTICA - Riggiefest Weekend is officially underway! Friday, local members of the media took part in a Riggie recipe challenge to kick off the annual event! Taste-testers included Utica Mayor David Roefaro and the creator of Riggiefest, David Gibson.

Gibson says he is hoping for a big turnout at the main event tomorrow!

NEWSChannel 2's very own Susan Campbell tied for first place in the Riggiefest media challenge! Her prize was a chicken hat! She competed against three local radio stations.

I watched your forecast this morning. Chief Pylman is leaving for a positon in Schnectady. Chief Benzo , has put in his papers for retirement. Capt,s. Toomey , and Williams, are being considered for Deputy Chief positions. There are a couple Lt positions, that may be up for Cpt. positions.
