Nursery School student donate to pediatric department

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - Young artists from New Hartford are donating proceeds raised through their hard work to benefit others in need.

Students from the Presbyterian Nursery School raised $500 from artwork they created. The money will go to St. Elizabeth Medical Center's Pediatric Department.

Money was raised through an auction, and organizers say kids were excited to help others.

The $500 raised will go toward the purchase of a turtle table designed to make kids more comfortable at the doctor's office.
