Krystal says that her 1 1/2 year old male, black pug has been missing since the evening hours of Friday, November 9. She says that his name is Otto and that he was last seen at the Otsego Manor on State Highway 28 in Cooperstown. Otto is described as very friendly but extremely shy. Anyone who comes across Otto or sees him is asked to contact Krystal at 607-544-4814.
