Radisson Brunch staff prepares for annually busy Sunday

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A popular spot on Mother's Day in the Mohawk Valley is the Radisson in Downtown Utica. Their annual Mother's Day brunch served over a thousand people.

On the menu was sliced prime rib, eggs benedict and don't forget their table of desserts.

For many people, the Radisson's brunch has become a family tradition on Mother's Day as it has for the staff which looks forward to serving a thousand people in a four and a half hour period. The head chef says his staff works quite hard for several days preparing for this one meal.
