ShapeUp Blog Week Three

I can definitely tell a difference.  Thus far I have been working out four days a week, at least an hour at a time.  I am lifting a lot more and feel a lot better.  The first week I really thought I was going to die.  I was in such pain, but the hurt is gone now.  Don't get me wrong, I still feel it, but it's a good hurt.

This week I have been working out alone.  Andrea has been under the weather.  NOT FEELING WELL AT ALL!  I feel bad for her, not only is she sick, but Al is going to work her butt off when she gets back into her routine.  Actually, it'll be funny to watch...haha, just kidding.  

At some point this week we will likely bring the camera to the gym to track our progress.  Then we'll have a video piece ready for air the first week of Feburary.  Be Watching!
