Event Description

Herkimer County Community College’s Gay Straight Alliance Club is sponsoring a film and panel discussion on "Further Off the Straight and Narrow: A New Gay Visibility on Television” takes a close look at sitcoms, reality shows and premium cable programming as it explores how representations of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender characters have become more complex and varied in recent years.

The event will take place in the McLaughlin College Center, room 288, and is open to the public free of charge.
