"Lessons from the Million Hoodie March: My Philosophy of Social Change" by Daniel Maree, a senior digital strategist at the McCann Erickson marketing agency. When Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in early 2012, Maree used his position at McCann to start an Internet campaign in response.
