Event Description
The Women’s Employment & Resource Center, Inc. (WERC) is offering a free mini-training on Microsoft Word for displaced homemakers seeking to re-enter the workforce.
The 12 hour training will be held December 10 through December 13 and will focus on basic Word skills.
To be eligible registrants must be widowed, divorced, separated or have sustained a loss of income due to a spouse’s unemployment or disability. Women with children on public assistance are also eligible.
Class size is limited and advance registration is required.
WERC has been assisting women with job readiness skills and all aspects of workforce re-entry for over 21 years.
