Get ready for spring! Mohawk Valley Community College’s Center for Corporate and Community Education announces open registration for a round of non-credit Health and Wellness classes to be held at the Jewish Community Center. These 10-week classes are a fun way to get into shape and into active habits for a lifetime of good health.

Cardio Kick and Sculpt
Perfect for all fitness levels, this course offers a blend of cardio activities to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular endurance. Students will gain strength, flexibility, and balance while having lots of fun.

Thursdays, Jan. 24 – Apr. 4 and Apr. 25 – June 27, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Cost $59.
