Makeover My Heart is a not for profit organization, part of the Mohawk Valley Heart Institute, whose mission is raising awareness about women and heart disease. The program offers comprehensive heart healthy education in a casual environment. Admission includes breakfast, lunch, all lectures, interactive workshops and entrance to our health and wellness fair. Makeover My Heart is exclusively designed by women, for women, committed to bringing you the latest in heart healthy information while maintaining the relaxed feeling of a girls' day out!
