Event Description

This class targets important core muscles by strengthening then and then teaches you how to use them for posture and support during a total body workout. expect to use a variety of low impact fitness techniques, such as Pilates. Bring a yoga/fitness mat.

4 week session begins Saturday, February 9th from 8:15-9:15 am.
