Yoga-Inspired Belly Body Care.

Yoga Strategies for a strong, toned core.
Cleansing—Learn how to keep your belly light, clear and efficient. Learn about natural alternatives to Tummy Tucking, like intestinal cleansing and body brushing.

Nutrition—Deliciousness is Mandatory! How to discover what foods are for and against your happy, healthy belly.

Movement—Practice Yoga postures that stretch, tone and condition a strong core. Core strength is the key to a healthy spine.

Love—The belly needs a little TLC and we’ll practice just that! Understand Your Belly to Love Your Belly.

You will want to bring your yoga mat, water, notebook, pen or pencil, and a cushion (if needed to sit comfortably
