Event Description

The Sunday, March 16th program for the Kirkland Bird Club will be "The Secret Lives of Local Wildlife" and will be presented by Naturalist and Spring Farm CARES Conservation Director, Matt Perry. Featured in this all new video program will be many seldom seen species that occur at Spring Farm CARES' Nature Sanctuary and locally in Oneida County. Video from some of our most secretive resident species like the Fisher, Beaver and Coyote will be shown along with footage of difficult to find songbirds and butterflies. Wildlife behavior and habitat preferences will be topics of the narrative. This program is free and open to the public and will take place in the downstairs meeting room of the Stone Presbyterian Church, 8 South Park Row, Clinton at 2:30 PM.
