UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The St. Elizabeth College of Nursing graduated 102 new nurses on Saturday. The 105th graduation was held at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Utica, following a procession across Genesee Street from the College.

The Associate Degree in Nursing will be presented to Weekday and Weekend graduates by Mrs. Marian Kovatchitch, MS, RN, Interim President of the College, and Mrs. Beverly Plante, Chair of the College Faculty Organization.

The St. Elizabeth College of Nursing pin will be presented by Ms. Laurie Franklin, MS, RN, Acting Dean of Academic Affairs and Mrs. Lisa Carter, MS, NP, class advisors. Medals of Honor will be presented by Ms. Laurie Franklin.

Mr. Robert Scholefield, COO and Vice-President of St. Elizabeth Medical Center, will welcome the graduates, faculty, staff and participants. The commencement address will be given by Mrs. Marianne Monahan, President Emeritus of St. Elizabeth College of Nursing.
