(WKTV) - The National 4-H Council has announced the launch of the fall 2013 4-H Paper Clover Campaign in partnership with Tractor Supply Company.
The campaign will take place through Oct. 20. Shoppers at the Utica and Rome Tractor Supply stores will have the opportunity to support 4-H in Oneida County by purchasing paper clovers for $1 at the checkout. All funds raised will be donated to 4-H and will support 4-H youth development program activities in Oneida County.
Oneida County 4-H will be throwing a fall festival at both locations on Saturday. Rome shoppers can participate in pumpkin painting, grain art, "make & take" rubber band bracelets, touch and feel food games, barnyard bingo and an ice cream sandwich and bake sale. The Utica location will have a bake sale and face painting.
Funds donated during the campaign will be tracked online and recorded by state and by store. Visit www.tractorsupply.com/4-H for more information and to track donations.
