Local Books: A Visit with Author Meredith Madden

Author Meredith Madden visited WKTV NewsChannel 2's Live at Five Newstalk to talk about her new book set in Central New York during the 60's and her future local appearances.  She also gave a few hints about the process of creative writing.

Meredith Madden was born and raised in Central New York. Since then she has lived in many places, and in her heart, still calls some of them home, such as  New York City, Martha's Vineyard, and Galway, Ireland, as well as, the campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she received her Bachelors degree.

She now pursues her doctorate in Cultural Foundations of Education at Syracuse University.

Meredith's first novel, "When Lucy Washed Ashore", has been very well received. Her loyal readership has been excited for the release of her second novel, "The Impression of Jack Sullivan".
