UTICA – A Utica man is facing felony burglary and weapons charges after he allegedly forced his way into an apartment and pointed a gun at the woman who lived there, according to the Utica Police Department.
Around 10 a.m. Monday, Utica police responded to an apartment on Scott Street after a woman reported that a man had forced his way into her apartment and pointed a gun at her. Police say that while the man was in the apartment, he questioned the woman about an unknown male who lived in the apartment.
