New York State Police are investigating the theft of colored Christmas trees in Rome.

ROME – New York State Police are investigating the theft of colored Christmas trees in Rome.

Police say on Monday someone cut down two blue trees and one turquoise tree from Henderberg Christmas Trees, located at 6579 Henderberg Rd. in Rome, according to the owner, Jay Henderberg. The trees are worth $240 combined.

If anybody has information regarding the stolen trees, they’re asked to call state police at 315-366-6000. All calls will be kept confidential.
