Rick Allen Still Not Out of Race (Added 12:20 pm)
In what you could consider an upset out of yesterday's primaries, current Oneida County Clerk, Richard Allen, lost to Kirkland Town Supervisor, Annette Foley. In the Republican race, Foley took 51% of the vote. Allen took 49%. However, Allen tells NEWSChannel 2, he's not out of the race. Read more »
