McCain to kick off final drive for presidency
ST. PAUL, M.N. (AP) - John McCain is preparing to give his
primetime acceptance speech at the Republican Convention. Wednesday night his running mate, Sarah Palin, energized the convention crowd and also took plenty of swipes at the Democratic ticket. Thursday morning her Democratic counterpart, Joe Biden, complimented her but also says she ignored some important issues. Biden told CBS' "The Early Show" he noticed "a deafening silence" about what he describes as "the hole that the Republicans have dug us into." He says there was no mention of the term "middle class" or the things he says affects middle-class lives. McCain's wife Cindy also speaks Thursday night. She tells ABC's "Good Morning America" she's nervous, but also ready to tell people what she's about, and where she comes from. (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) |

Palin was exceptional. McCain has a tough act to follow. Just remember, Obama has the same liberal views as Spitzer. He will say anything to get elected, just like Spitzer. And if he gets elected, drivers licenses for illegals will be just the beginning of a terrible downfall in American morals and standards, just like Client #9 aka Spitzer.

Sarah did a great job last night.Alot of democrat's are going to trash her about her 17yrold daughter being pregnet and I'm sure she wasn't to happy about it but them things happen. Unlike alot of women Sarah proves herself to be a real good mother that take's alot of pride in being a mother.Sarah strikes me as the type thats a hands on mother that exceeds her duties as a parent.Sarah Palin is a true redblooded American and down to earth good woman.John McCain picked a good running mate!
