SAUQUOIT, N.Y. (WKTV) - In NEWSChannel 2's week-long series, "Healthy and Homegrown," Don and Megan explore different ways you and your family can eat healthy and locally grown foods.

In Sauquoit, Old Path Farms is helping families eat more nutritious meals, by providing them with vegetables!

Nancy Grove heads up this local CSA farm, or Community Supported Agriculture Farm.
