Bench Press
Lat Pull-down 3x10 60lbs
Leg Raise 3x10 Ball

Dumb Bell 3x10, 25/25lbs  Incline Bench Press

Shoulder Press 3x10, 10/10lbs
Reverse Hyper Extension 3x10
Russian Twists 3x10 medium ball

Tricept Extension 3x10 20lbs
Low Row 3x10 50lbs
Weighted Crunch 3x10 medium ball

Note:  Over the course the six weeks the weight for each exercise is being increased between 5 and 10lbs each week.


Lower Body:

Squats
Plank 3x 30sec.

Leg Extension 3x10, 50lbs
Plank Plate 3x10

Leg Curl 3x10, 45lbs
Plank Up and Down 3x5

Bar Bell Curl 3x10, 25lbs
Hammer Call 8/8
