Don and Andrea get ready for Round Two of Sunrise Shape-Up

For the past four weeks, Don and Andrea have been hitting the gym.

Andrea's been building up endurance, while Don's been pumping some iron.

"Anybody can do that. It's just that you're going to do it at different intensities," said Al Calogero, of the Fitness Mill.

If you don't know him you will. He's Don and Andrea's personal trainer and sometimes he can be a little intense.

"I'm breaking her comfort level," Calogero said. "I'm trying to make her work a little harder, so when i try and push her around that track she'll go a little bit harder."

Calogero took the time to make a personal work out for both of them - not just about losing weight, just making healthy life styles choices. And sometimes those changes are not so easy.

"What I did, is I wanted to show you that if you stuck with a percentage weight program that you could increase your bench, you could increase your squat," Calogero said. "With increasing your bench and your squat means you would increase in some type of muscular size and strength."

And while Don is pumping the iron, Andrea's sweating, trying to keep her heart rate up. Al says it all part of his plan though.

"I put an interval weight training program where she would be riding a bike at a high intensity and then doing a weight training exercise in between," Calogero said.

Two minutes on that bike spinning as fast as she can, all while chatting with Al.

Don says sometimes he feels bad for Andrea...tha tis, until he sees Al putting more weight on his squat bar.

"You'll see all those gains in the eighth week," Calogero said. "Plus, he looks a little bigger in all those t-shirts he's been wearing, so he looks good."

At the end of the day, both Don and Andrea realize Al is just looking out for them, even if it doesn't seem like it at the time.

"I scream across the gym and I'll tell ya your're not doing that right. Stop right there, and I'll do another one," Calogero said. "I just think it makes a more family-type atmosphere. You feel comfortable coming in here. Everybody at home fights a little bit with someone."
