DILLED CUCUMBER SALAD

2 medium cucumbers, unpeeled and thinly sliced

1/4 cup thinly sliced onion 

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1/4 teaspoon sugar 

1/8 teaspoon pepper 

3/4 cup regular or light sour cream

In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper; stir in sour cream. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Stir well before serving. Makes 6 servings.
