2 (21-ounce) cans blueberry pie filling 1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 6 tablespoons butter, melted Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional) |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Pour pie filling into prepared dish. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add egg and mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling; drizzle with butter. Bake until bubbly and topping is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
