Eight Codes Violations at Shooting Site
UTICA - Utica Police are still investigating a Miller Street shooting that sent five people to the hospital early Sunday morning.
According to Public Safety Commissioner Dan LaBella, the owner of the house lives in Tallahassee, Florida. The city codes department has issued eight violations for the house to be fixed within 500 hours. If it's not, the city will begin a nuisance abatement and then send the case to criminal court. All of the victims from the shooting are from Utica, and under the age of 25. Police say none suffered life-threatening injuries, and that they were all treated and released. |
