Here's a look at some of the top headliners for the week of February 16th - February 22nd:

*A 22 year old man is dead after a snowmobile accident in Forestport, bringing the death toll from snowmobile accidents in Oneida County in the past several weeks to a total of four.

*A close call for a family in Lee Center when their garage caught fire, and inside were chemicals and other flammable material that fire fighters say could have caused a massive explosion.

*The trial of Wesley-Molina Cirino, AKA "Flaco," charged with shooting Officer Thomas Lindsey in April 2007, was postponed.

*Police in Otsego County arrested a man for alleged burglary, and say they found a meth lab in his apartment.

*The teen charged with stabbing his grandfather to death made a court appearance this week, pleading not-guilty.

*A Utica man accused of sexually abusing a six-year-old girl while he was babysitting pleaded not-guilty to the charge this week.

*Two police officers per patrol car has been an issue widely discussed by both the public and city officials, especially after the death of Utica Police Officer Thomas Lindsey last April. It now becomes a reality.

*Authorities are also looking to curb violence along a sometimes dangerous section of James Street in Utica, through the use of several cameras to be installed in the neighborhood.

*The Oneida Indian Nation came closer to getting what they want this week. The nation wanted roughly 17,000 acres of land placed into federal trust, which would mean the land would not be subject to government taxation.

*New York Regional Interconnect has delivered a lengthy document to the state's Public Service Commission, rejecting the possibility of building the power line along the New York State thruway as Governor Spitzer suggested.
