DECISION 2009: New Hartford Town Supervisor Forum - Segment 2
(WKTV) - The candidates for New Hartford Town Supervisor answered questions Tuesday in a NEWSChannel 2 Forum. Both Republican Pat Tyksinski and Democrat Bill Morris had a chance to answer the following questions: Question 4: It's everyone's hope to see New Hartford continue to grow and expand. With the high tax increase, how can you keep local businesses in the town and avoid an exodus to lower-cost communities?
