"Flipping Out" House

Status: Sold in October 2010 for $2,325,000

This was the home of America's most neurotic flipper - Jeff Lewis of Bravo's real estate docu-series "Flipping Out." Lewis' popular show, featuring his trusty assistant, Jenni Pulos, and housekeeper Zoila Chavez, gives us a front-row seat to the stresses and anxieties that surround the business of flipping high-end homes in L.A. This home is in the Hollywood Hills real estate market and was known as "Valley Oak Two." It was one of Lewis' flip projects as well as his personal residence for a while. Lewis purchased the home in March 2007 for $1,710,000, fixed it up, then listed it on the market in 2008 for $3,195,000. The price was reduced all the way to $2,495,000 before it sold for $2,325,000 on October 12, 2010.
