Hulk Hogan's house was first listed for a whopping $25 million in 2006 but with no buyers, the home and setting of the reality TV show "Hogan Knows Best" was taken off the Belleair real estate market. In 2009, the home was back on for $13.9 million. Even with that massive price cut, the listing price has been chopped four times and is still on the market, currently for $8,871,527. The home may have to drop a bit more as median Belleair home values are dropping 15.6 percent year-over-year. Hogan's home is nearly as over-the-top as the pro wrestler with 17,000 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, and "house bling" like hand-carved limestone counter tops, custom copper sinks and hand-carved oak floor tiles.
