"The Hills" House

Status: On the market for $2.25 million

Lauren Conrad, or "LC" as she was called in her younger days on Laguna Beach, picked up a Hollywood Spanish-style estate in 2008 for $2.36 million while she was filming the popular reality show "The Hills." Lauren and her best friend Lo Bosworth moved into the main house, while another cast member, Audrina Patridge moved into the detached guest house (or converted garage.) Now that the show is long over, and Lauren has distanced herself as a fashion designer and blogger, she's unloading the estate and has placed it on the Hollywood real estate market for $2.25 million - less than her purchase price. Not only was "The Hills" home a great setting for catfights, it's filled with beautiful touches like refinished hardwood floors, wrought-iron railings and Spanish floor tiles.
