Suspect in Utica meth lab bust charged in different drug incident

(WKTV)- A man who is a suspect in connection to a meth lab bust on Monday in Utica is now being charged with a separate crime.

Otsego County Sheriff are accusing 49-year-old Anthony Michael Palladino of selling crack/cocaine in Oneonta.

Palladino is facing two felony charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance. Also, Utica Police are reported that future charges are expected in relation to the meth lab discovery on Elm Street.

Authorities said he has three previous felony convictions and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
