Camden man arrested in "Lainey" abuse case

CAMDEN, N.Y. (WKTV)- Oneida County Sheriff's Office arrested Camden man in connection to an animal abuse incident that resulted in the death of a dog this week.

Ian West, 25, of Babcock Road faces a felony aggravated animal cruelty charge. He was arraigned in the town of Camden Court.

West is accused of leaving a dog "Lainey" caged, outside the residence and severely emaciated. The dog was found last week and died on Monday.

Also, two more dogs were seized from the home.
