Gun blasts fired twice in Utica overnight

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV)-Authorities say shots were fired twice in Utica early Friday morning.

According to Utica Police shots went off just before 1 a.m. on 1519 of Steuben St.

Officials say no one was injured, but the suspect managed to flee the scene. Soon after this incident more shots rang out in another part of the city.

The second incident occurred on Elm Street just after 3:30 a.m.

Police are still investigating both of these incidents.
