New Hartford Planning Board Approves Olive Garden site plan
NEW HARTFORD-(WKTV)Plans to build an Olive Garden are moving forward. The New Hartford Town Planning Board unanimously approved the final site plan for the restaurant. Concerns such as traffic control were addressed at the meeting. The State Department of Transportation said that traffic should not be a problem. An agreement between the new plaza being built and the one next to the Men's Wearhouse addresses traffic concerns. "We were provided with a detailed easement agreement by the owners of that plaza as well as the owners of this plaza agreeing to share that driveway," said Herbert Cully, town attorney. A date for construction has not been set.
