Police: Utica man sells drugs to officer

NORTH NORWICH, N.Y. (WKTV)--One local 18-year-old man has been arrested after authorities say he tried to sell drugs to an undercover police officer.

According to the Chenango County Sheriff's Deputies Takell Henry, of Utica was arrested during a traffic stop in the Town of North Norwich.

Henry reportedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer earlier this month.

Deputies say Henry was on his way back to Utica, when he was pulled over.  The driver of the vehicle Henry was in, wasn't charged.

Henry now faces criminal sale of a controlled substance charges. He is in Chenango County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
