Saranac draws hundreds during its first time indoors

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - In spite of mother nature's best efforts to drown out Saranac Thursday the event had a packed house.

More than 200 people came out, Thursday night, and it was the first time ever the entire concert took place indoors-from start to finish.

Most of those in attendance enjoyed the intimate setting that the lower level of the brewery offered.

"It's neat. it's nice, It's real nice, it's a different venue," said Jordan Anderson of Clinton. "Kind switches it up, kind of a different flavor. It's better than being outside."

About ten years ago the tail end of the event took place indoors because of a microburst.
