FRANKFORT, N.Y. (WKTV)-Frankfort Police say two people have been arrested after providing alcohol to a minor and stealing more than $100 worth of merchandise.

Ali Buco, 25, of Utica was driving with a suspended license along Bleeker Street. Officials say during a traffic stop they found that Buco provided a 20-year-old and a 17-year-old with alcoholic beverages, which were being consumed while Buco was driving.

Now Buco is facing unlawfully dealing with a child along with several traffic violations. During that same traffic stop the 20-year-old woman in the car, Constance Rosado, of Canastota was found to have stolen items in her possession.

Authorities say Rosado had $136 worth of clothing items that were allegedly stolen from Sangertown Mall.

Rosado now faces criminal possession of stolen property.

Both of the suspects are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
